Before you can search and book storage spaces, you'll need to download our mobile app and create an account. Here's how to get started:

How storage booking works

Our platform connects people who needs storage space with space owners who have available space nearby to rent. After downloading the app and creating your account, here's how it works:

1. Search for Storage

Enter your location you are looking to store.

2. Book Your Space

Select preferred location and press on 'Book Now'

3. Enter Booking Information

Enter the amount of space you require and the dates you need it for.

4. Review and Payment

Check to make sure all details are correct and make payment.

5. Booking Pending Confirmation

After payment, just wait for the owner to confirm.

6. Confirmation!

When the owner confirm you will received a notification

What you can store

Most storage spaces accept common household and business items:

  • Furniture and household items
  • Business inventory and documents
  • Seasonal items and sports equipment
  • Personal belongings during moves or travel

Note: Prohibited items typically include hazardous materials, perishables, illegal items, and anything that could damage the storage space. Always check with the space owner about specific restrictions.

Booking and payment

When you find a storage space you like:

  • Select your rental period
  • Review the total cost including any fees
  • Complete payment securely through our platform
  • Receive confirmation with space owner contact details

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Your payment is protected through our secure payment system.

Safety and security

Your items' safety is important to us:

  • All space owners are verified through our platform
  • Read reviews from previous space seekers
  • Many spaces offer security features like cameras and locks

Tip: Consider documenting valuable items and always take photos of your belongings before storing them.

Access and communication

After booking, you'll coordinate access details with your space owner:

  • Request for the space address and unit number using our secure chat
  • Arrange drop-off and pickup times
  • Get access instructions (keys, codes, or supervised access)
  • Discuss any special requirements or restrictions
