How to end your storage booking
When you're ready to retrieve your items and end your storage contract, follow these 5 steps. The space owner must approve your pickup date, so planning ahead helps ensure a smooth process.
1. Navigate to My Storage
Go to your dashboard and select 'My Storage' to view all your active bookings.
2. Click on Booking Information
Select the storage booking you want to end to view its complete information.
3. Scroll Down & Click 'End Contract'
Locate and select the contract termination option at the bottom of the page.
4. Choose Your Pickup Date
Select when you want to retrieve your items, keeping the 7-day penalty rule in mind.
5. Wait for Owner Acceptance
The space owner will review and respond to your termination request.
Understanding the 7-day penalty
To avoid penalty fees, plan your pickup date carefully and give adequate notice:

What if the owner doesn't accept?
Step 1: Direct communication
If your pickup date is rejected or there's no response, message the space owner through our in-app messenger to discuss alternative dates.

- Explain any time constraints you might have
- Be flexible and work together to find a solution
Step 2: Schedule new appointment
Once you agree on a date, go through the normal appointment scheduling process to formalize the pickup time.
Note: This pickup appointment follows the same process as regular appointments - the owner must accept your scheduled time.
Step 3: Contact support
If the space owner remains unresponsive or continues rejecting reasonable pickup dates without offering alternatives, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
